Turkish Coffee with Cardamon
A part of the ginger family, cardamon is generally used to flavor food and drinks, as a cooking spice and as a medicine. Although expensive, its unique taste and bold aroma mean only small quantities are needed to give out its flavor.
In the Middle East, cardamon has long been used and is commonly found as flavoring in sweets, teas and of course coffee.
